Edex’s Industrial IoT solution features a complete Data acquisition and control from the field devices to gateways and servers. For examples, a temperature and humidity monitoring process can be achieved by ways of temperature and Humidity sensors with the LoraWan , Zigbee, Sigfox and MQTT capability where can be transmitted wirelessly. Machine Automation and Vision Inspection


There are two basic categories of PC based Machine Automation namely fully pc based and PLC with PC based HMI. Edex provides reliable PC based IO boards, IO Daughter board, Motion control board, controllers, Industrial PCs, embedded PCs and Touch Panel PC that facilitate the building of Machine automation and Vision inspection. The IO boards are of ISA, PCI, PCIe interfaces and it comes with all necessary IO drivers and sample codes in VC++, VB.net, C# and so on. Some remote ways of IO interface board are EtherCAT IO, Ethernet IO and Motionet. For those who is familiar with PLC programming, We offer ISagraf IEC6113-6 languages controller for their programming. For the HMI, we offer Axiomtek Touch panel PC bundle with Indusoft embedded HMI package which is very powerful in features rich that facilitate the future trend of industry 4.0.

Industrial communications

Industrial communications solution covers a very basic conventional communication from RS 232, RS 485, 422, USB, Ethernet and Wireless network. All these communication methods has been becoming very practical and reliable with more and more creation of different communication protocols set by the international bodies. Edex provides the following products that allow all PC based Automation and special PC based applications in the industry: –

  • Converters – 232 to 485, USB to 232,485, 232 to fiber, 232/485 to wireless, Ethernet to fiber
